Garlic Butter Mushrooms and Hummus

 

Ingredients:

1 tbsp of oil

6 oz of mushrooms

1 tsp of garlic sea salt

1 oz of butter

Fresh parsley

Serve with:

Hummus

 

Instructions:

In a hot pan, add oil and start by cooking the mushrooms

After about 7-8 minutes, often stirring, season with garlic sea salt and add in the butter

Lower the heat and cook for another minute

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and take them off the heat

Serve over hummus
