KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:
representing Florida Pure Sea Salt and our products at Tampa Bay area farmer’s markets and events,
engaging with customers face-to-face to explain the unique aspects of our products, techniques, and company,
listening to customers and reporting feedback,
maintaining positive vendor relationships,
conducting tastings at local retail stores; and,
effectively monitoring and managing inventory.
Job Type:
Part-time; 7-8 hours a day Saturday and Sundays.
Salary: Hourly plus commission and company-wide bonus program; when we succeed together, we celebrate together.

***PRODUCTION II & WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBERS***

Key responsibilities of this position include:
must be able to lift, pull, push 30-50 lbs.,
maintaining positive relationships with teammates and vendors,
visual inspection of each item for quality,
cleaning, labeling and safety banding all jars,
assisting with packaging of shipments,
effectively monitoring and managing inventory,
ensuring all equipment in working areas are thoroughly clean and in proper working
condition before and after completing tasks and projects,
practice teamwork and "clean as you go" policies,
perform related duties as assigned,
prior experience in a manufacturing or food handling environment experience is a plus.

***Prep- Cook Team Member***
We’re hiring for a unique position. This is a prep cook position for product production, not in a restaurant setting. Bottling food products has a different rhythm than a busy restaurant. It’s a much quieter setting, has many repetitive movements and has daytime hours.
The right person for the job will be someone who is kind, positive, respectful, honest, focused, takes direction well and is persistent. He/she/they will be able to work as part of a team and individually. This person will be reliable and caring and have craftsmanship in everything he/she/they do. Quiet and calm is a plus. Attention to detail is also an important attribute to have for this job.
Some of the specific tasks of the job are below-
Zesting and juicing citrus
Bottling the product
Washing dishes
Keeping a very clean and organized workstation
Sweeping & mopping
Purchasing and delivering supplies with use of work van
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., has valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and be able to stand on your feet for 6-8 hours at a time. We have created a respectful work community and those who are a part of it care deeply about what they produce and the environment in which they produce it.
