Sage Infused Pasta

INGREDIENTS

-1/2 stick of butter

-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

-Bunch of fresh sage

-1 teaspoon Butcher Block Black Pepper Infused Sea Salt

-1/2 lb of dried pasta or 1 lb of fresh pasta

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On medium heat, melt butter and extra virgin olive oil.

2. Add fresh sage and cook until sage is crispy and sauce is brown.

3. Sprinkle Butcher Block Black Pepper Infused Sea Salt into the sautee pan.

4. Prepare pasta.

5. Once pasta is cooked, add to sautee pan and stir to coat pasta.

6. Finish with Butcher Block Black Pepper to taste.
