Herby Salmon
INGREDIENTS
-1 lb boneless, skinless salmon fillet
-2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
-2 tablespoons chives, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, grated
-1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon lemon juice
-1 teaspoon lemon zest
-1/2 teaspoon Florida Pure Garlic Infused Sea Salt
-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil.
2. In a small bowl combine dill, chives, garlic, oil, lemon juice & zest, Florida Pure Garlic Infused Sea Salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Put salmon fillet on parchment-lined baking sheet, and evenly rub the herb mixture over the salmon.
4. Bake for 18-22 minutes, depending on your preferred doneness.
5. Enjoy!
