Roasted Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

-1.5 lbs Brussel sprouts
-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon Florida Pure Sea Salt
-1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
-Florida Pure Garlic Infused Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Trim ends off Brussels sprouts and slice in half. In a large bowl toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, Pure Sea Salt and pepper.
3. Place on a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes take Brussels sprouts out of oven, toss around on sheet pan with balsamic vinegar and put back into the oven for 15 minutes. (Or until cooked to the texture you like.)
5. Remove Brussel sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with Florida Pure Garlic Infused Sea Salt.
4. Serve and Enjoy!
