Roasted Pepper Bruschetta with Butcher’S Block Black Pepper Sea Salt

Ingredients:
For the roasted pepper:
2 red peppers
A pinch of Butcher’s Block Black Pepper Sea Salt
1 tsp of fresh parsley, chopped
For the rest:
1 slice of bread, grilled
1 tbsp of cream cheese
Instructions:
Add the peppers to a baking tray and cook for 30 minutes, at 400F
Peel them, take the seeds off and chop
Season with butcher’s block black pepper sea salt and fresh parsley
Spread the cream cheese over the grilled bread and top with the roasted peppers
