Tabouleh Salad with Lime Infused Sea Salt
Tabouleh
Ingredients (for 6 servings):
1 cup of couscous
1 cup of hot water
For the rest:
1 tbsp of oil
1 tsp of Florida Pure Lime Infused Sea Salt
½ tsp of black pepper
¼ cucumber, diced
1 tomato, seeds taken out, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
¼ red onion, diced
Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
Add couscous to a bowl and pour in the boiling hot water
Cover with a lid and let it steam for 5 minutes
Take the lid off and fluff with a fork
Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix nicely
