Sticky Chicken with Lime infused sea salt
Sticky Chicken
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
7 oz of chicken breast, cut into cubes
A pinch of lime sea salt
A pinch of black pepper
1 oz of corn starch
For the sauce:
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of soy sauce
Serve with:
Basmati rice
Sesame seeds
Fresh parsley
Lime wedge
Instructions:
Season the chicken with lime sea salt and black pepper
Dip the chicken cubes into the corn starch, so they coat evenly
Deep fry for 5 minutes in hot oil
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the cooked chicken, so it becomes sticky
Serve with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley
