Potato Salad with Butter Vinaigrette and Black Pepper Sea Salt

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the salad:

7 oz of boiled potatoes

1 tbsp of oil

3 oz of broccoli florets

2 oz of frozen peas

1 tsp of Butcher Block Black Pepper sea salt

For the butter vinaigrette:

2 oz of melted butter

1 tbsp of vinegar

Fresh parsley

Butcher Block Black Pepper Sea Salt to taste

For the rest:

2 radishes, sliced

 

Instructions:

In a hot pan, add oil and start by frying the broccoli and peas

Season with butcher block black pepper sea salt and cook for 5 minutes

Mix the vinaigrette ingredients

Add potatoes to a salad bowl and top with the cooked broccoli and peas, and radish

Pour in the vinaigrette and mix

Serve
