Cajun Chicken Legs

INGREDIENTS

-2 1/2 tsp Florida Pure Sriracha Infused Sea Salt
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 1/2 tsp paprika
-1 tsp ground black pepper
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- Chicken legs

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Preheat grill on medium heat.
3. Drizzle the chicken legs with extra virgin olive oil and rub all over. Sprinkle the dry rub all over chicken until well coated.
4. Place the chicken legs on the hot grill. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until they easily release from the grates. Flip the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes longer. Repeat every 10 minutes or so and cook until the legs are firm to the touch and opaque all the way through, registering 160°F internal temp.
5. Transfer to a plate and cover with a piece of aluminum foil and let rest for 5 minutes.
