Basil Pesto Spaghetti
Ingredients:
For the basil pesto:
1 oz of fresh basil
1 oz of parmesan, grated
½ oz of macadamia nuts
2 tbsp of olive oil
½ tsp of black pepper
½ tsp of Garlic Sea Salt
For the rest:
4 oz of cooked spaghetti
Black pepper
Parmesan
Basil
Instructions:
Add pesto ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
Cook the spaghetti and drain
Add spaghetti to a bowl and pour in the basil pesto
Mix nicely and serve
Top with black pepper and parmesan
