Chocolate Chip Cookies with Maple Bacon Sea Salt
Ingredients (for 12 cookies):
2 oz butter
5 oz sugar
1 egg
3 oz of flour
½ tbsp of baking powder
A pinch of Maple Bacon Sea Salt
2 oz of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Add butter, sugar and egg to a bowl
Using an electric mixer, beat until smooth
Now add in the dry ingredients and mix again
When fully incorporated - add in the chocolate chips and mix nicely
Put the dough in the fridge, for about 30 minutes
Now, roll into 12 balls, and place on a silicone matt
Cook in a preheated oven, set to 350F, for about 15 minutes
