Roasted Bacon Burger with Maple Bacon Sea Salt

Ingredients:

For the glaze:

For the rest:

  • 6 oz of thick cut bacon

  • Brioche bun

  • Avocado, mashed

  • Egg, fried

Instructions:

  • Mix the glaze ingredients

  • Place bacon in a tray and brush with ⅓ of the glaze

  • Cook in a hot oven, for 1 hour

  • Brush with glaze every 20 minutes

  • When ready - assemble your burger
