Roasted Bacon Burger with Maple Bacon Sea Salt
Ingredients:
For the glaze:
2 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of Maple Bacon Sea Salt
For the rest:
6 oz of thick cut bacon
Brioche bun
Avocado, mashed
Egg, fried
Instructions:
Mix the glaze ingredients
Place bacon in a tray and brush with ⅓ of the glaze
Cook in a hot oven, for 1 hour
Brush with glaze every 20 minutes
When ready - assemble your burger
