Salmon with Broccoli Puree

Ingredients:

For the broccoli puree:

  • 4 oz of broccoli, cooked in boiling water

  • 1 oz of butter

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp of Herbs De Provence Sea Salt

  • 1 oz of water

For the salmon:

  • 2 tbsp of oil

  • 1 salmon filet, about 9 oz

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp of Herbs De Provence Sea Salt

Instructions:

  • Add puree ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth

  • In a hot pan add oil, and add in the seasoned salmon with herbs de provence sea salt and black pepper

  • Cook for 3 minutes on both sides and for 1 minute on the sides

  • Serve with the broccoli puree and a wedge of lemon
