Salmon with Broccoli Puree
Ingredients:
For the broccoli puree:
4 oz of broccoli, cooked in boiling water
1 oz of butter
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp of Herbs De Provence Sea Salt
1 oz of water
For the salmon:
2 tbsp of oil
1 salmon filet, about 9 oz
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp of Herbs De Provence Sea Salt
Instructions:
Add puree ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth
In a hot pan add oil, and add in the seasoned salmon with herbs de provence sea salt and black pepper
Cook for 3 minutes on both sides and for 1 minute on the sides
Serve with the broccoli puree and a wedge of lemon
