Roasted Cauliflower with Hummus and Garlic Sea Salt
Ingredients:
7 oz of cauliflower
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of Garlic Sea Salt
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
Serve with:
Hummus
Chili
Parsley
Instructions:
Season the cauliflower with paprika, garlic sea salt and vegetable oil
Mix nicely and transfer into a baking tray
Cook for 30 minutes, at 400F
When ready, serve over hummus and sprinkle with chili flakes and fresh parsley
