Chocolate Truffles with Maple Bacon Sea Salt
Ingredients (for 6-7 truffles):
4 oz of dark chocolate
⅓ cup of heavy cream
½ oz of cacao powder
Instructions:
In a bowl, over simmering water, add heavy cream
Add in chopped dark chocolate and let it heat up nicely, for about 2 minutes
Take it off the heat and mix until all melted
Let the mixture stay in the fridge for about 1 hour
Now shape the truffles, roll each into cacao powder and sprinkle with maple bacon sea salt
