Herbs de Provence Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

-          4 cups chopped potatoes

-          4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

-          2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

-          2 teaspoons Herbs de Provence

-          1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence Infused Sea Salt

-          A pinch of pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

-          Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

-          Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Lay out the potatoes on the baking tray.

-          Bake for 25 – 30 minutes, until potatoes are golden brown.

-          Enjoy!
