Pulled Pork Bruschetta with Garlic Infused Sea Salt

Ingredients:

  • 20 oz of pork shoulder

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 tsp of Garlic Infused Sea Salt

  • ½ tsp of black pepper

  • 1 tsp of oregano

  • 1 tsp of paprika powder

  • ⅕ of water

  • 4 tbsp of BBQ Sauce

Serve with:

  • Toasted bread

  • Pickled jalapeños

Instructions:

  • Season the pork shoulder with garlic sea salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika

  • Add to a baking tray, add water, cover with foil and cook for 3 hours, at 400F

  • When ready, pull apart with a fork and pour in the BBQ Sauce

  • Mix nicely and serve with toasted bread and pickled jalapenos
