Pulled Pork Bruschetta with Garlic Infused Sea Salt
Ingredients:
20 oz of pork shoulder
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of Garlic Infused Sea Salt
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of paprika powder
⅕ of water
4 tbsp of BBQ Sauce
Serve with:
Toasted bread
Pickled jalapeños
Instructions:
Season the pork shoulder with garlic sea salt, black pepper, oregano and paprika
Add to a baking tray, add water, cover with foil and cook for 3 hours, at 400F
When ready, pull apart with a fork and pour in the BBQ Sauce
Mix nicely and serve with toasted bread and pickled jalapenos
