Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary Infused Sea Salt
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp of olive oil
A pinch of black pepper
1 tsp of paprika powder
A pinch of Rosemary Infused Sea Salt
1 oz of parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Place sweet potato slices to a baking tray
Season with olive oil, rosemary sea salt, black pepper and paprika powder
Cook for 45 minutes, at 375F
Now top with grated parmesan, and cook for another 10 minutes
